LC/UPC Fixed Fiber Attenuator 10dB
Sate Optics LC/UPC Fixed Fiber Attenuator 10dB is a fixed fiber optic attenuator that reduces optical power by 10dB. It is used where a transmitter is too strong for the receiver at the other end, which happens on short links and on CWDM or DWDM channels that are added close to the receiver.
The attenuator plugs in between two LC/UPC connectors and needs no power or adjustment. Attenuation values other than 10dB are available on request.
