The Sate Optics ST-10G-SFP-T-100 is a 10GBASE-T SFP+ copper transceiver with extended reach: 10Gbps over Cat6a/Cat7 copper cabling up to 100m. It puts a long-reach RJ45 port into any SFP+ cage for building-scale copper runs.
